Refund Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These billing terms take effect when paid plans launch. autoGOM is free during beta and isn't charging yet.
1. What this covers
This is about fees you pay autoGOMfor paid plans (Pro and Pay-per-GO), handled by our reseller Paddle.com. It's not about the money for the group-order items themselves — that goes directly between Joiner and GOM through PayPal (see our Terms).
2. The short version
Unless the law where you live says otherwise, paid plans aren't refundable once you've started using them — including renewals.
3. Your legal rights
If your country gives you a statutory right to cancel (for example, 14 days in the EU/UK or 7 days in South Korea, where applicable), we honor it. Because paid features are digital services you can use right away, at checkout you agree that the service starts immediately and that this ends your right to cancel once you've started using it.
4. How refunds happen
Paddle is our Merchant of Record, so all refunds are issued by Paddle, and the final decision rests with Paddle. To ask for one, email autogom.app@gmail.com or use the receipt Paddle sent you.
5. After a refund
Your plan goes back to Free— you can't start new paid features (like creating new Auto-match group orders), but any group orders already in progress keep working.
6. Pay-per-GO
A Pay-per-GO purchase counts as used once you create the group order it's for, and isn't refundable after that point.
7. Group-order payments
Money for the actual items is between Joiner and GOM through PayPal — autoGOM and Paddle never touch it. See our Terms for how those refunds work.
