The Complete GOM Guide

Everything you need to know to run your first group order on autoGOM.

GO Lifecycle

Step 01

Create Your GO

Add a title, description, price options, images, and a deadline. Your GO page is generated instantly — no coding needed.

Step 02

Share the Link

Drop your GO link on Twitter, Discord, or wherever your buyers hang out. Anyone can order — no account required.

Step 03

Receive Orders

Orders appear in your dashboard in real time. Each buyer gets a confirmation email with a tracking token.

Step 04

Confirm Orders

Review orders and mark them as confirmed. You can select multiple orders and confirm them in bulk.

Step 05

Ship Orders

Update order status to shipped and add tracking numbers. Buyers can check their status anytime with their token.

Step 06

Complete

Once all orders are delivered, mark the GO as completed. Your data stays available — export CSV anytime.

Tips for a Smooth GO

Write clear payment instructions

Include your PayPal email, preferred method (F&F), and what to put in the note (e.g., order number).

Use descriptive titles

Include the artist name + product. "ATEEZ - Golden Hour Pt.2 Photocards" is better than "PC GO".

Set realistic deadlines

7–14 days gives buyers enough time to find your GO. Too short and you miss people in different timezones.

Close before you ship

Close your GO first, then move to In Progress when you start shipping. This keeps the workflow clean.
